Heavily fired and fully fermented teas

Traditional Tie Guan Yin, black teas such as

Keemun, Yunnan, and Lapsang Souchong, dark

roasted teas(Da Hong Pao), aged and

heavily fired oolongs (lao cha);

and Yunnan's famous Pu-erh.
